Gluten-free Day 10

Well, I have lost only about 1.5 lbs in 9 days...

I did make a mistake one day by eating 3 crackers with my hummus. I needed a quick snack before tennis and the crackers were there... they are whole grain, but not gluten-free. Other than that I have been gluten-free. It is not as hard as I thought, but I find it pretty easy to still eat too many carbs (rice, potatoes, oats, gluten-free pasta) while still being gluten-free! Of course!

So, now I need to just reduce the carbs in general...

I also need to find the time to juice! I keep buying produce to juice and not doing it!

Onward! I've joined the Spring 5% Challenge... 7.5 lbs to lose for 5%. We have 8 weekls to do it. That's a pound a week... Seems so easy when you just say it... But to consistently lose a pound a week when you are 10 lbs from goal is not that easy for me...

    emoticon I know what you mean. I have a lot more to lose and I am constantly struggling with a plateau/stall. I all so am eating low carb for now. emoticon
