April action report:
1. my weight has been the same all month.
2. I have been drinking more water each day.
3. My steps increased weekly during April.
MAY SMART GOALS:
Specific-10K average by months end
Measurable-I will take my measurements May 1. I will compare measurements May 31
Attainable-drink 64 ounces of water daily, cut out snacks, make healthy choices each meal
Realistic-slowly increase my steps to reach 10K average by last week in May
Time-May 1-May 31
