Starting over again

I see my "lost 15 pounds" icon, and am very sad to realize that I've gained half of that back.

Anyway, starting again.

I love the easy first part when every day looks better on the scale. that's good motivation for me in the beginning.

Trying to exercise every day. That's what's going to make the change I need.

    Take one day at a time, a few minutes here and more minutes there you will get back to your 15lbs lost and heading to further losses. Record your minutes and watch them add up.

    You can get back to it, just stay positive and maybe re-structure if exercising is hard for you at the end of the day do it first thing in the morning to get it out of the way first.

    If you did it once, you KNOW you can do it again! Stay positive, get your exercise in and you'll be back to 15lbs lost again in no time emoticon
