starting a routine and goal system

Tomorrow I start my goals and routine and reward system. Every month I have to workout mon-fri at least 10 minutes at LEAST 10 min. Every month I make my goal. I check my workout DVD wish list and at the beginning of the new year I get a new DVD. And I want as many new DVDs for the new year as I can get! Not to mention the energy ill get from my morning workout and possible body improvement. So lets do it.
