"Rise & Shine" Day #30

This is my last Rise & Shine blog. I am happy that I posted every day, although it was not easy at times. I just wanted to see if I could have a 30-day streak, and I did.

Breakfast: needed some protein, because we had the official Golf Season Opening at our club, today. It was not as warm as expected, but I wore shorts, anyway. Once we started playing, we noticed the cold wind come down over the mountains. I was glad I had a light jacket with me. Better that than nothing at all. We were supposed to have 71* and I wonder if it ever reached 60*, plus the wind-chill factor.

Anyway, my Breakfast: 1 cup of fresh pineapple cubes. 1 Jumbo egg and a slice of European whole-grain bread with a little bit of butter (on half of it) with jam. Coffee.

My exercise has to be the round of golf. I was just too cold and tired when getting home to do anything else.

Eat healthy, keep exercising and Sparking.
