My Game Plan #2

My Game Plan Pledge: I will complete seven of these in a row to review and see how I did at the end of the week. I'm doing this to see where I can improve and where I'm headed in the right direction. 5 more to go.

I will follow a vegan and gluten free diet, with minimal sugar and no caffeine.
Accomplished, but difficult today. Blog to follow....

I will take the dog for a walk in the morning after breakfast and then after dinner. Remember, even if I'm tired, its not for me, its for the dog. I didn't do this today. I feel bad about it, but know i can make up for it tomorrow... if it doesn't snow too much :) I will try my best to improve each workout and add a little time each time, even if it is just a few seconds.
Today was my day off. I will return to the gym tomorrow.

I will take my vitamins consistently

I will drink at least a gallon of water each day ( 4 of my nalgene bottles) More if needed. I want to make sure i always hydrated and clearing toxins.

I will also post at the end of the evening how I did to hold myself accountable.
Held accountable, feel accomplished.... DONE!!!!!
