So heres to day one of tracking again YEAH for me i keep coming back so there must be a reason im here :)
So i really havnt lost much more but my Eating Disorder has gotten so out of control that i ended up having to go to the doctor for medical issues. I have been having a horrible time with .....

MS signs- my balance has been off..... blurry vision.... dizzy room spinning type feeling... my right foot goes numb and tingling..... ive fallen twice recently.... brain fog.....extreme fatigue...and the list goes on and on every day!

Also at the doctor i found out ive got some dangerously low blood levels my red blood cell count was 6 and my ferritin was 2..... so i had to get a blood transfusion because they said that it was extremely dangerous... Im doing what i can to deal with my health and eating disorder but its a very slow process since ive been restricting my daily intake of food for so many years.

When you talk about your right foot going numb and tingling, have you checked with a chiropractor. I found out in my thirties (when I had no health or weight problems) I started to stand and it was like I did not have a left leg. My chiropractor explained it this way - we are all energy and the spine is the main frame with our extremities being plugged in. The energy supply to the left leg had been disconnected. He gave me an adjustment and everything was fine. I have recently started weight training and cannot believe the results! My balance, brain clarity and energy have all improved. I record every bite of food here at Spark and it really glares at what changes need to be made. You did not get this way overnight and you will not change it over night, but make a plan and start. You can do this!! emoticon mm emoticon
