Great, great blog to inspire all of us to create our own SparkVillage

Tuesday, April 30, 2013

Read it and see what you think. I am just amazed at the wonderful possibilities that this lovely woman opened up. I am much the same, a SparkStalker, always looking to connect with people but then not exactly knowing how to keep it up. Well, there is such strength in numbers, I am in the process of building my own village.

Teresa: LOL, I am still looking for the right app. I am not one to easily decide on those things. I have a pedometer in my IPod, but I have trouble remembering to keep it charged, lol. My phone is always with me, so that seemed the better option.

03BFischer: I know what you mean. When I first started the Challenge again, I spent excessive amounts on Spark, trying to get everything done, everyone visited, collect points, and there is a point I can tell when it becomes a chore and is no longer fun. I have to be careful of that. I will keep looking for people who inspire me and who have similar interests or struggles. There definitely needs to be a limit, and can't interfere too much with my regular life outside of Spark :)

I too tend to hide. And hiding does make it easier to fall off the wagon. But I have a hard time keeping up with too many people. And I find that if I get a whole lot of friends, only three actually pay attention. I don't know, I agree and disagree. Mostly do to my situation and the limited time I have. I used to try to get a min of 100 SparkPoints a day, I just can't do all the stuff to get those kind of points anymore. I only have the time to log food and fitness, and an occasional peak at the friend feed. I wish I had more time for all the stuff on here, miss it. I wish I had more time for groups. Thank you for sharing her blog!!!!

I love MOSTMOM1. Is she still doing hula-hoop videos? Hilarious woman and quite inspiring. I am off now to go to the link you've provided as I have sorely missed keeping up with her.
And thanks for the comment on my page. I hope you did find the right pedometer app!

Keep on trucking emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
