Feeding the PMS Beast (Without Bingeing)

It's that time again, folks. GRRRRR! PMS SMASH!
But I actually had a great snack tonight that fed my crazy cravings without added sugar. This yummy snack was definitely high in fat but it was also highly satisfying and, most importantly, I was able to have just one serving without bingeing. Kind of incredible.
5-6 strawberries, cut up
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Mix the powder into the cream, stirring until it thickens. Mix in berries. Eat. Marvel at the fact that you are getting the flavor of chocolate without the sugar.
