Paying the price for a week of non-tracking and not quite enough activity, I am up a few pounds. I don't like going beyond 170 so I am being extra attentive this week to what I eat and getting enough water. Exercise with the treadmill and out in my garden and maybe some Wii dance videos are in my plans.
