I am still going strong and I am feeling great. I have really been getting back into the swing of going to the gym and doing my cardio, core workouts and strength training.
Still trying to get on track and eat healthier - it's so hard!!!!!! I tried a "No Chips" rule - didn't work. I just really crave that crunch! I tried healthy crackers - frankly, most tasted like cardboard. Seriously!!! So I have a bag of no added salt chips (Utz brand). Satisfies. Haven't been saying "No" to cheese either; I've got to get that back under control. Also, my "No Snacking after 7:30pm" rule was tossed out the window this weekend. Weekends are the hardest!!! I need to come up with a weekend plan.
Haven't noticed an appearance difference as of yet. The scale isn't moving; neither is the measuring tape - I have a feeling it's because of the above eating habits. Got to get that under control!!! But I have noticed an emotional / mental difference. Just generally feeling good; not as run-down, more energy, not depressed or down on myself.
Got to get the eating habits under control; got to get in the habit of good eating habits! Got to reach for the fruit instead of the chips! Got to say no to cheese binges! Got to get back in the habit of no snacking after 7:30pm.
Goal for the rest of this week: Grab fruit instead of chips.
