OK, since my last blog I have not done well. I got sick over spring break. It took a couple of weeks to recover, many missed workouts and too much comfort food. I now have a lot of make-up work to do. Life happens, and you have to be in it for the long haul. I have maintained weight, but not lost. I just feel so tired and lack the energy to do much of anything, but when I do exercise, I feel better. The weather is getting warmer and more time outside working in the garden is helping my attitude. I hope to post a blog next week reporting further progress!

    Im in the same boat. Got sick with a nasty sinus infection about 2 months ago, and just quit working out. I also havent gained...but havent lost. Life can be rough, but we have to just keep pushing! :-)
