REQUIRED BLOG FOR TEAM CHALLENGE WEEK 4

Happy to have lost a few pounds trying to hold onto that success. Making it a daily quest to reduce or eliminate SUGAR, STARCH, SALT, SATURATED FATS, CAFFEINE. Trying not to be radical but slowly move toward that healthier place. Weekend eating out was a challenge and I could have done better will work on it during week so slips won't hurt me so much.
For this week I am really working on my head to get it in a better place for healthy eating since most of my eating problems stem from stress and tension created from events occurring right now in my life. My objective will be to meditate on following words:
FOCUS ON WHAT I DO HAVE AND CAN DO ........ AND NOT ON WHAT I CAN'T HAVE AND CAN'T DO.
