It's raining.......sweat.

Oh my goodness.....that was soo hard. I took yesterday off as it is easier for me to take Sundays as a rest day. There is just so much going on for me on that day. So I was off yesterday. I didn't overeat or indulge,but you would have thought that I did. I felt like a water buffalo trying to get out of a mud hole today. You know that point where your mind says " we've got this', and your your body says"hell no" My legs wouldn't do chair squats and it refused to do plank jacks with ANY grace or poise. I flailed around today. But I guess the floppy chicken impersonation burns calories too because I am DRIPPING sweat. I have sweated before in level one but this is like rain coming down. Sweat in the eyes burns. But I know I am burning fat. That's the whole point of all this. So even with my breaks and cheater modifications I worked out. The urge to cry passed a moment ago so today might actually shape up to be a great day.
