Belly Dance can be a great way to shimmy off pounds. Use the tips to make the most out of your belly dance workout.

1. Use your core muscle
2. Suck your belly button inward
3. Keep arms above head , when you do this your heart rate increases
4. Have fun and enjoy the music

Basically keep your tummy tucked in and raise those arms above your head and you will burn more as you dance.
