Ending Week 2 of 30

This week i really didnt lose very much. I kind of expected this because i got really sick and wasnt much up for cooking or exercising. I still met my spark people nutrition and fitness goals, but i was a bit weak.
To me a loss is a loss , and i didnt gain! Ive been yo-yoing most of my life so i am happy to see that. Hopefully week 3 is a better week for me (health wise) and i can push a little harder to keep this up.
Last week i lost 4 lbs, and this week 2 ounces lol. But if you average that out i would have lost 2 lbs per week so far which is more than i hoping for.
