April 29- July 29...

It is my niece's wedding August 18th... I am planning a cute blue dress. As soon as I find a pic I will put it up here.. It is so fine! I love the dress and have to wear it for her wedding. I am looking forward to living healthy healthy healthy and fitting into the most amazing dress.

My plan, 60 min 4 times a week/ 4 drinks a week, no more/ stretching/ lots of water/ weights... simple...

    Ok I can join you but I gotta tweek it for me a little lol I dont think I can do 60 minutes all the time so I am going to for -

    40 minutes 4 days a week
    Drinking only on the weekend on Friday or Saturday (make acception for certain events if it is during the week)
    I drink lots of water already so I am good there!
    Stretching I've been doing a lot lately so I shall continue doing that.
    And I will try to do some more ST too

    I can try it but I think that means I have to work out every day since I can never fit 60 straight cardio/ST minutes in a day. I work out when I get up in the morning and I usually only have enough time to do a 30 min workout. So I think that might be really tough for me. But I also take my FitBit amounts into account (those are the minutes that my FitBit counts when I'm running around work like a chicken with my head cut off or like when I walk to and from the train station, a 15 minute walk each way, for work.) so if I go by those I can do the 240 minutes a week easily. I am going to attempt to do as many minutes per week as I can that are NOT counting my FitBit which means only the actual workouts that I do with my HRM. Let's see if I can do it!

    The four drinks a week sound good. Unless I go out and hang with my friends, I don't really drink so that should be cool (four drinks in one night is a lot in my book) and I shall attempt to get more water in daily. More tea!

    I may have 1 drink a month...that's just my life right now. So no problem there. As for the cardio, I'm trying to do at least 210 mins a week, so I'm pretty close to your goal. Plus, when it comes to stretching, water, and weights, I'm right there with you - bring it on!
