New Week, New Goal

Last week I started using the meal plans and fell in love with the variety of options. I stuck with it and lost weight. I am excited to use the meal plans again this week. However with a new week I want another goal. My goal is going to be one goal for one day. I will revisit my goal making again Monday night to decide what to do next.

Monday's goal = No television.
