Hi everyone,
I hope everyone had a great weekend. My weekend was okay nothing really exciting happened. I am pleased that I was able to meet this weeks goals of eating more fruits and vegetables and not ordering out. I am still frustrated about my limited mobility. Emotionally I am still feeling bad. I had a lazy day today I didn't do much just took it easy. I am hoping that this week will be a better week. My goal is to continue to eat more fruits and vegetables and continue not to order out. Wishing everyone a great week ahead.

Nothing wrong with having a "lazy day"! Sometimes, it's just a need to rest and recharge one's batteries. I like "lazy days" :) About restoring your mobility, for me, that was something that came slowly and unpredictably, not in a really even way. But you'll definitely see an improvement with time... Good for eating more fruits and vegetables! At first, that didn't feel very natural to me - I almost had to force them. But at this point, I'm always hungry for them and don't give much thought to other foods. They fill me up, which is really important to I have an enormous appetite! That has never changed :) I bet you'll continue to see improvement on many fronts after this week, Tanya! emoticon

emoticon on keeping to your goal for the week. We all have times we get emotional about our progress or frustrated that we can't do what we know we want to do. Each week you keep to your goal is progress emoticon

    HI Tanya,

This was a good weekend for me, although we had a lot of rain. Your goals for this week sound great, and I wish you much success. CONGRATULATIONS on doing so well this past week. I hope you will soon be relieved of some of the pain due to your injury. I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Have a GREAT WEEK!
