Down 5.5 pounds this month. Eating right and
exercise really does it!
Down 13.5 since January. That's a great start for the year!
I will get up early and write my blog for tomorrow, before the
movers get here. I guess I should get to bed a bit early. Hope I
can sleep with all the excitement.
Stayed on plan so far today and expect I will the rest of the day.
Made 2 trips to the new place, taking my clothes & refrigerator stuff
and odds & ends. Little things are a pain for the movers & it's only
