Today I was uploading some photos from my camera and came across some old photos. WOW I have changed so much. So I decided to write this blog to help motivate anyone who maybe struggling but also to celebrate how far I have come.

July 2011- the start of it all. The day I decided that I was FINALLY going to make a permanent change. My start weight was 232 and this was taken on my way to zumba class

I did zumba 3 days a week and ate within calorie range most days. By the end of the summer I was at 210

Kept pushing and adding some other workouts resulted in getting close to 202. 30 lbs gone by December 2011

I was determined to get to 199 by my birthday. Pushing through the Holidays was the hardest and yes I did gain weight. I was not going to let that stop me. My birthday 2/5/12 @ 198!

This is my lowest weight in over 10 years but why stop?? Keep going- New goal 190

Plus getting fit- 40 lbs gone and running!

Here we go. Right now I am between 174-177. My goal is to stay between 172-177!
