I've been eating this "raw til 4" for a couple of weeks now. I notice when I eat cooked (vegan) I dont feel as well afterward..I get sluggish and sleepy. But when I eat on the raw, I feel wake and energized. (I haven't been the past couple of days just because I haven't had my medicine.)
I really love this program, it doesn't even feel like a diet, it feels natural. Like its how everyone is suppose to eat in the first place. The only thing I wish I could "change" is having the motivation to exercise everyday to really make the weight come off. I might do a couple of crunches and then I'm done.. I dont want to spend more then 10 minutes on something. I did good today I did maybe 30-45 total minutes. I did another program from youtube but SP doesn't have an I'm just not gonna add it cause I don't want to over shoot the calories burned so I'd rather not add any lol.
Anyways! Diet is fine, but I still need someone to kick my ass on exercising!!
