Have done so poorly and yet I have new hope. I did eat some candy today but not as much as I could have, but I may have a new strategy to help me. It's to imagine that someone I want to impress is watching what I eat. I also been reminded, through one of the sparkpeople's comments, to eat 'clean foods'. This is something I've been interest in but didn't act on. I've moved recently, and don't know where everything is but am looking up farmers markets and plan to go there on my next shopping trip. My biggest problem is that I need to have sugar around because I'm diabetic, but end up eating all but the bare minimum I need to have, but maybe imagining that I'm being watched will stop that. I'm unemployed at the moment, so have time on my hands, which isn't helping either. Still, here's hoping.....:)
