Day 39 Check In...

emoticon - 192.5 - still maintaining

emoticon - finished week 3 of C25K training! 30 minutes wogging at 1 and 3 minute intervals.

Calories - 1406 - My problem time still seems to be at night. I have a planned snack, but it usually just makes me more hungry. I've been going to bed with my stomach growling, so I try to imagine it is chomping away at my fat!

Fiber - 47 grams

Freggies - emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Water - emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Had another good day today, except for calories. Even though it was still within my range, I usually won't lose unless it is in my lower range. That's ok, though, I am practicing maintenance (think I heard that one from nillapepsi).

The pants I wore to work today were a little loser than they were last time, so I think I may be losing inches, even thought the scale is stuck right now.

I had a challenge early on today, though. At the school where I work, the principal always brings donuts and kolaches for the teachers on Fridays. His secretary was not here today to pick them up, though, so guess who had to get them!! The smelled so good in my car, but I am proud to say that I resisted temptation and did not even have a single taste, thank ya very much!

Enjoyed playing marbles with my parents tonight! My dad is so funny. He is 82 years old and I guess he got tired of messing with his hair because he went to the barber and got a burr, much to my mom's dismay. She said it made him look like an old man! On top of that, he had his cataracts removed a few weeks ago, which greatly improved his vision, but now he doesn't like how he looks without glasses (shows his wrinkles too much), so is thinking of getting a pair just for looks! My mom took a picture of him so she could show him how bad he looks next year when he forgets and decides to get another burr! They crack me up!

Signed up for the Spring into Summer 5% challenge today. Not sure how it works, but hopefully I'll figure out as I go along.

I hope y'all have a super weekend! We finally have a Saturday without a ball game, so I am planning to sleep in tomorrow!
Good night, sweet friends!

I started to read this nice blog, then, I questioned your sanity..those must not have been dewberry kolaches, right?

    Your folks sound cute.

Have you considered retiming when your meals are? I personally cannot sleep if I'm hungry... You're doing great staying within calorie range!!!! With all the tracking and check ins I'm beginning to feel plaid myself....

Will you teach us how to wog? :)

You have a beautiful weekend and thank your for the enjoyable blog!

ooh, a Sat. with out a game, how did you get so lucky? Our game is at 8:30 in the morning, much too early if you ask me.

You are doing so good on all your water, freggies and stuff. Sounds like your C25K is going well too. I am so happy for you. Keep doing great, it motivates the rest of us.

    Good night to you too.
