Did you consume any alcoholic beverages today? nope
Did you consume any caffeinated drinks or foods today? nope
Did you take any medications? yup, all prescribed
Did you take any naps today? nope
What types of stressors did you encounter today, and what types do you expect to encounter tomorrow? schedule conflicts, rowdy kids-rehearsing and performing tomorrow when I'll just want to relax

How many times did you wake up during the night? a bunch toward the morning to roll over and such, once just before 7 when husband got up
