April 26th--ending another month

Well this was my first week of dieting and it didn't go as well as I wanted. For some reason I stayed hungry and wanted everything that I shouldn't have had. One good thing is that I'm back to drinking water..no soda! I hope I can keep this up. Tomorrow I hope to work out some and hopefully get back to walking in the morning and in the evening. I just want to feel better and I know loosing some of this weight will help. I'm not weighing in today, but will start tomorrow.

I have a few decisions that I need to make, so this weekend will be a lot of thinking. Some people I want to remember in prayer are:
Angela and the boys
Carla and Kyle Smith
Buddy/Susan and Buddy's Dad
