What Happened?!?

I went to use my Fitness Tracker tonight as I use the suggested exercises for my strength training and it's gone! :( I tried to set up a new workout and it's not what I'm looking for at all! :( I used to have it so that I did core one day, upper body the next and lower body the day after that, repeated for the rest of my life - and my life isn't over yet! (maybe I should smile for that one) :) But I'm sad and disappointed and way too tired when it's this far past my bed time to just deal with it. LOL :p

If any one can help me rediscover logic, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

    Thanks, I used the old trackers to help create custom workouts based on goals and available equipment - perhaps that's why mine didn't get transferred to the new?

    Spark has been running the old and new fitness tracker in parallel for a while, but has recently stopped supporting the old tracker.

    The old Workouts (collections of exercises) are now called Groupings, and are available from a tab towards the top of the fitness tracker. From memory, my old Workouts transitioned over to the new tracker.
