I committed to posting after pictures. Now I am freaking out.

Friday, April 26, 2013

The boot-camp I go to has it's own face book page. We use it to encourage each other, and keep updated on class changes and such. Today I committed to posting my before and after pictures at the end of the boot-camp. That's just 7 weeks away. AAAAAAAAAH! Holy buckets of Terror. I'm an idiot, that means I will have to work harder and more often so I can be proud of them when I post them.

Today's workout was pretty intense.

Circuit one -
10 - laps around the gym
10- pushups
20- sit-ups
30- Squats

Circuit 2
skip = jump ropes
50 skips - 10 pushups
40 skips - 20 pushups
30 skips - 25 pushups
20 skips - 20 situps
30 skips - 30 situps
40 skips - 40 crunches
50 skips - 50 crunches
- One time only :)

I hated the first one so much and I loved the second one because it wasn't freaking running. UGH!

I rocked it -

Posting them here? My anxiety level just shot through the roof. I am not committing to that. Lol There will come a day when I will post but I don't even want to think about it right now.

I would be freaking out too! And not so much by posting pictures, but that workout seems so intense! I think my arms would be like jelllo for days with all those push ups! This makes me want to start a push up challenge because I can hardly do girly push ups.
Your pictures are going to awsome after that kind of program! I can't wait to see them. You are posting them on here too aren't you? Thanks for your inspiration! Keep up the hard work!
