A little luck, a little deception, a little surprise

So, in 1 2 3 order. I got lucky on the bonus wheel this week and won one of Coach Nicole's DVDs. One of the two I was considering ordering this month so "Yea me!"

I input my exercise information before I go to the gym because I know it's already there and if I don't do what I say I've made myself the worst kind of liar. Well, twice this week I input the info then could not do the entire routine because apparently I'm still recovering from the 'mild' case of pneumonia of the last two weeks. But, did I go back and adjust my tracker? Nooooo. Bad, bad me.

Did manage to get my initial fitness eval done yesterday. This should have been done back when I joined the gym in January but... This was a pleasant surprise. My fat/muscle ratio is far healthier than I expected. My flexibility is at the top of the charts. And my bicep strenghth is, I'm told, "remarkable". Of course, aerobic fitness is not what it should be but, again, pneumonia could have attributed to that. I do a repeat eval in 6 weeks and we'll see if there are any improvements but for someone who expected her BMI to be over 40% to find it nearly 10 points lower was an extremely pleasant surprise. Happy me!
