I have found so many excuses recently!! NOT GOOD!!
It is time to really want to get my diet and exercise program back under control. I had lost a few pounds, but have gained them back plus a couple. I know what to do to lose - so I really don't have an excuse for the weight gain.
My son has lost about 20 pounds recently - except that his lose is due to stress at work. That is not the way I want to lose.
I did find an article about each day journaling 5 things I am thankful for - I think that is my key. When I am thankful, I feel so much better physically and spiritually. And then am more motivated to take control of my day!!
