Week 4 is DONE!

I went out with the jogging stroller yesterday afternoon, ready to finish week 4 of the Couch to 5K program. I started the first 3 minutes run and something didn't feel right. I thought I was going to die halfway through, which is weird because 3 minutes is nothing for me now.

Then I started the 1:30 min. walk and hit a wall. I couldn't even entertain the thought of running one more minute. The baby started crying and I thought "well that's it, let's go home"

I felt pretty bad about it. But the after the kids went to bed, I decided to go without the stroller and trying again. Once again, the first three minutes of running were so hard. But I pushed through it. By the time I was halfway through the first 5 minute running stretch, I was feeling so much better. I was able to finish the whole thing without any problem. I was so happy I tried again!

I'm going to try and start week 5 (aka the superscaryweek) on Saturday or Sunday.
