Day 54 - Woot.

I feel pretty fantastic today, I woke up, not hesitant and just got my butt to work out! Actually got in 79 minutes today which is quite the accomplishment. After yesterday, with the scale going up by 1.5 pounds ... I figured I had to push myself more today... which is what I did! and I'm back down to 220 again.. so that's a relief.

Oh yeah, thought I would share what I woke up to this morning. Riley is so weird sometimes lol.

and now to eat a light late lunch and relax until my SO comes home emoticon

    I know I blame my night time snacking lol. Yep his name is Riley! :P Although we pretty much just call him Monkey hehe.

    I know you said you gained some weight earlier but I tell you what, you're losing it so fast I don't think you have anything to worry about! :)
