Mile Challenge Day 13 & 14 (Walked a 10k)

Wednesday 4/24
Final Completed Week 4 Day 3 of my training program. Walked/Jog 3.22 miles in 56 minutes and 01 seconds. That was truly a trying work out. I had to Jog for 35mins straights. I think I'm going to start Week 5 next week and maybe retry Week 4 Day 3 Again on Friday.

Thursday 4/25
Today I started just wanting to getting in a 2-3 mile walk, ended up walking 6.21 miles in 1hour 49minutes and 19 seconds. After I got to mile 5 I so wanted to stop. But I pushed through it. I'm so glad that I did.
Total Miles 34.09
Days Completed 14/21

I'm 2/3 finish with this challenge. emoticon
