Today , I have a bit better of an attitude than I have had for the past week. Today I am optimistic, I really feel like things are going to get better because I have decided to change, and look at a few options, which means I have a few decisions to make.

The first decision I have made was to ask for help with my weight loss and fitness goals. I have sought out the advice from a personal trainer / nutritionist. She is running a biggest loser program for free( wow) she is going to pick 5 people. She is providing the servuces for free but we have to really invest in the nurtrition. i am really hoping that she picks me, I think this could be the push I need. If I dont get picked, I am going still seek out advice from a trainer/nutrtionist who can design a plan for me to meet the goals I have for myself.

The second decision is in regards to my career, if I am unhappy at work that carries forward to my home life, and I dont want to have negativity all the time, so It may be time to really re-evaluate where I myself and want I want from my career.

So with these decisions in mind, im remaining optimistic about the things to come
