I hear ya' Carl...I have the same problem. I almost got into the cookies I made yesterday just a few min. ago....but I caught myself walking into the kitchen saying "no, no, no"...and I did a u- turn. I just have to keep my mind occupied with something other than food. Keep trying....you're worth it. 2369 days ago
Try gum! It helps me a lot when I get the urge to munch. I stop and ask myself, Are you hungry? and if the answer is no I have a drink. I found that sometimes I'm just thirsty, other times I'm bored. After the third time I have to ask myself this I will chew some gum. There are lots of flavors out there to keep it fresh. 2369 days ago
