Cleanly good eating Day #4

Woo hoo we actually stuck to last night's dinner plans, lol.
Today I had Ezekial cereal for breakfast with milk. Cottage cheese and fruit is for lunch. Dinner is a stir fry with veggies and leftever pork from last night. Veggies and grapes for snack with the option for extend bar/Atkins shake. I have not done the addition for calories, fiber, protein but it seems good for freggies and calcium. My computer is acting weird so shutting down as soon as I post for my team.
Oh... Super J needs a hat for this crazy weather to make sure she has no excuse for battling the elements!
