Raspberry Ketones & Detox Diet - Day#3

Rolling along, one I thing I have noticed is that I haven't gone to the bathroom (#2) since starting these pills. I wonder if that is a side effect?

I'm plugging along with my workouts and I am considering trying CrossFit after my Boot Camp is over.

I went onto WebMD to look for more people that have given Raspberry Ketones a try and here is a good one..

"I started taking Select Slim gt300 3/01/13 and as of 3/17/13 I have lost 8 pounds along with regular exercise. As for those that are having difficulties, Dr.Oz did not recommend a brand, Raspberry Ketones are a natural extract from raspberries. The women on the show said that NO MORE THAN 200mg should be taken A DAY. Also Dr. OZ did not condone taking this with caffeine added just pure RK's. The ones I take do have caffeine because the amounts are low and I can tolerate it...SOME CAN'T!!! Do your research...not everyone will have success...Stop blaming others for it not working for you. No one is forcing you to buy. For those claiming it's a's not. If you're eating poorly it's your choice to do so...are you blaming the companies that make the junk food or is it your responsibility to know what you're putting in your body?!"

I think that is so true. Most of the people complain that they don't work admit that their diet is bad and that they refuse to exercise!
