C25K - W4 & W5D1, W5D2

This is a little delayed. I had a rough time with W4 because I got sick and my asthma got 100% out of control. I ended up having to go to a clinic to get inhaler refills which led to me finding out I had a double ear infection! All better now but my asthma still isn't totally controlled - I'm back to running, though.
The comparisons to my last time doing C25K are a little depressing, though. I am not doing as well this week (w5) or last week (w4) as I did the last time I did C25K! I'm finishing each day, though, and that's what matters, right?
So, instead of posting comparisons (those are on my sparkpage, still), I thought I'd briefly jot down how today's run went. Today I ran 8min, walked 5min, ran 8min. I actually felt that the 5 min walk interval was too long and by the end of the first 8min run I was really in a groove. I was going downhill, though, so I'm sure that was part of it, but I felt that I could keep going easily.
I took my rescue inhaler before and after my run, and for the first time in a couple of weeks felt that my limitations weren't cardiovascular, but muscular. My legs felt weak! Maybe it's time to start some strength training.
