I almost missed posting. Anyway I had another set back and it was to much salt this time. I like sweet and I like salty tasting foods. So it's try, try again and again. I know that even after I lose the weight I'll still have one of those days, everyone does from time to time. The important thing is not for me to completely give in and quit. I've lost a few pounds already, so yay me! I won't be posting that until the beginning of next month. For me it's another way to keep going, by seeing how much I've lost in one month. And yes I'm OK with it if there wasn't a lost, because the calories burn calculator helps to. So that's it. TTFN emoticon
