Really hate this new fitness tracker. All my custom strength is gone. I'll just have to track it here.

    I was really shooting to get at least one more rep on each one. The plies were the toughest. I was so sore after the first day that it took me three days before I could attempt them again. I'm not too sore today though so it must have just been because I haven't done this routine in a lond time. emoticon

    Apparently a bunch of Sparkpeople lost their customer items. I didn't have a lot in mine, but all my items are still there.
