Well Today I am feeling like I am on the right track again. Well almost... I drank a lot of water to help me stay full when Ii just wanted to eat everything. I am still staying motivated with being active but I am trying to find other alternatives to some of the foods I like such as chocolate and potato chips. I know a lot of it is just emotional eating because I know that I shouldn't have it but its like an "i'll do what I want thing" Once I work through these next couple of days I think I will be ok. I could also just allow myself to indulge ever so often. Anyone have any tips or tricks to share!?
