C25K and weigh-in

It looks like i forgot to update the blog this past week! I've been busy!

I'm still doing Couch to 5K and things are going well even though it's getting harder. I did Week 4 Day 2 today, which means I ran 3 min., walked 1.5, ran 5, walked 2.5, rinsed, repeated. It went really well until the last 5 minutes of running. My legs were so heavy I thought I wouldn't be able to finish! But I did! I hope it'll be easier next time, because I really would rather not have to repeat this week!

Weigh-in was yesterday and didn't go too well. I gained 0.6 lbs. I always have a disappointing number when my period is due, but I know this gain is also due to some bad food choices I made last week. I'm hoping for a better result next week!
