Decided to change up my workout this morning, so I did EA Sports Active 2 again. I haven't done EASA2 much recently, although back in December I was using it regularly.

One of the things you can do is a fitness test, which gets your heart pumping, and then measures how long it takes for recovery.

Never before have I actually reached recovery before the measuring time is up, it always took me more than 2 minutes to get my heart rate to go back down.

Today, I actually recovered in 1:52 (or something).

I think this is a result of my C25K training and running.
