I once heard that to make something a habit you have to do it every day for 10days. I have been changing habits, adopting new habits, breaking old habits for 3 months. I didn't realize how I had become use to some of the new ones until I couldn't work out last Thursday. All I could think about was working out at my normal time. The same drive to workout is still a problem with some of my old habits. My craving for chocolate is so overwhelming sometimes or wanting to go to DQ for a blizzard but I have managed to not give in 98% of the time. I did buy a Hershey's chocolate with almonds 2 wks ago and made sure I did my walking to make up for the extra intake.

I never thought that I wouldn't have a problem walking out of my house and walking to work. Walking to work every morning seems to be really good for me not just physically but mentally also.

I am struggling with sleep and being tried in the middle of the day. I'm making sure that I'm getting my food in and make good choices so need to find out what is up with needing more sleep.
