Amazing HIGH From Workout

What a HIGH!!! Tonight I had my 21st CrossFit workout and my 2nd 45 minute workout... and WOW!!! It was amazingly hard, as usual. I pushed... hard... and when I was done??? I felt HIGH.. like a drug was coursing through my veins... I was a chatterbox.. I could not sit still.. I felt like I could do the whole workout again. LET'S GO!!!! I'm just guessing... but I'm figuring this is what runners call the "runner's high"?? and WOW.. now I know why so many people run!! LOL But for me, I'll take my CROSSFIT HIGH. What an amazing feeling...

The workout was:
10 wide leg box squats
10 12lb ball sit up throws
10 70lb wide leg deadlifts (?) with 70lb kettlebell
x 3 rounds

Then a 1000meter row with 3 minutes rest and another 1000meter row.. for time. I did it in 13:09. I pushed through the pain. I did not quit. AND I DID IT!! WOOT WOOT

My fitbit data is going to suck today because I forgot to wear the silly thing. Oh well. I'll do better.
