I haven't exercised since the 16th. Well, not REALLY exercised, anyway. This past weekend was a LOT of house cleaning, and my legs are DARING you to tell me it doesn't count!

Anyway, I am feeling a little bad since I haven't really done any exercising since then. I am a little ashamed, but I'm not going to let it hold me back!

I did intend, for example, to start anew today and go to the gym. But, then, I had a TERRIBLE night's sleep, and let myself go back to sleep for about an hour or so after I saw my boys out the door.

I will plan on going to the gym tomorrow. I'm tired already, so here's hoping it's an indicator of a good, solid night's sleep!

    Sisterpretty - Thank you for the comment! Believe me, I know it's exercise! My legs were SCREAMING at me on Monday after all the work I did on Tuesday/Wednesday! I don't have an upstairs/downstairs though, so most of the work I did was moving furniture to vacuum!

    I think house cleaning is great exercise! Yard work, too!
    You definitely need to make yourself go to the gym tomorrow, even if you are tired. You don't want too many days to go by, and fall out of the exercise groove you've gotten back into. Who knows, it may energize you!

    In case you didn't know...house cleaning is exercise. To intensify it there are some tricks that you can too such as leaving the the bucket downstairs while mopping and walk up & down the stairs to rinse out the mop, when you're cleaning your cupboard or cabinet if you're using a step stool don't stand on it and take the items out instead take an item out and walk down the step stool and place the item down and go back up the step stool, etc.
