Weight Loss Fibs!

Let me start with this... I call BS on the saying "I don't eat enough calories."
I have (on my own come up with this) "If your not eating enough calories you'd be really really skinny eventually."
I have a friend here at work that is starting to watch her weight and she claims she can not get to her 1200 calories a day. THEN when she sychncs her pedometer to her calorie program she has even more calories she should have eaten because she's moved around so much. WTH???? I call B.S.
I realize if you eat to few of calories you will lose then go stag net on the weight loss front because your body starts holding all the fat cells. BUT EVENTUALLY it is going to change because your body is hungry. I really am sick of the people that can't eat enough in a day. LOL
NEXT... A pound is a freaking pound people! LOL I'm also tired of "I haven't lost weight working out because a pound of muscle weights more that a pound of fat." NO it doesn't!!!! A pound is a pound! How many times do I need to say this? A pound of feathers is equal to a pound of steak. The steak is just smaller. So don't tell me you weight more because muscle weights more. I am done with these delusional weight loss fibs. These are the main excuses all of us dieters give ourselves but this week I'm not falling for it. Nope, no-sir-eee I'm about done.
Oh... Another thing I have come to a head with... The food I eat while working in the kitchen really do have calories that count. ACK! Yea didn't want to think so but I'm pretty sure they do! So... obviously I have problems staying under my real 1700 calories. LOL
Sometimes this is better than therapy because you can get the real stuff out on paper, post, go back and reflect on it later!
