22 day streak... well nearly

I travelled this weekend, so I wasn't able to log in and collect my points or track... but I DID keep up with my food and behave myself. Keeping portions low and making the healthiest choices I could from what was offered to me. I think I've got consumption fairly well under control.
Now I need to work on expenditure... energy expenditure, that is! I started the day with a 30 minute walk, so my Monday is off to a good start. So this is day 1 of trying to get that turned into a habit. I know I will have more energy and enjoy it if I can just get myself organized to do it every day. Time management is my challenge there. I just need to re-prioritize to make it happen.
