Hi everyone,

I am a little late today. Today was cold weather wise. At least the sun was shinning though. I ended up watching my movie last night. it was a good movie. My day wasn't that great. I am glad that I got my taxes done though. I am still feeling down. I see my psychiatrist on May first, hopefully he will listen to me this time when I tell him that the medication isn't working anymore. It has been two week since I have been blogging everyday and drinking ten cups of water a day. My goal for next week is to continue to blog and drink water. As well I am gong to eat more fruits and vegetables this week. Wishing everyone a wonderful week.

    Every step you're taking is making you stronger and stronger.

    I think talking to your therapist is a great idea. I hope he really listens to you. Be direct and truthful and if he doesn't agree tell him you need answers and help.. that is his job.. to help you . Get the information you need .. Stand up for you !!

    That sounds GREAT! It is all about 'baby steps.' You are drinking the water and blogging, which is FANTASTIC. You've cut out or cut back on ordering take out, and next week you plan to eat more fruits and vegetables. You are on your way, and I am so proud for you. Continue to do the things that you are doing, and you will reach your goals. YOU are AWESOME!!!!!!!!
