So I have managed very little this week due to messing up my sciatic nerve. I did work all week, with my kids very concerned about my owie. It was actually pretty cute when one little boy asked to see my owie. Walked A LOT yesterday and am feeling it today. It's slowly getting better, but I'm not very good at taking it easy when I am motivated.

I didn't make it to my cousin's funeral. It was back in Michigan and my family was worried about the weather and me driving 9 hours to get home. That and my brakes were acting up so I was told to stay put. It just makes me think more and more about moving back to Michigan.

I am determined to make it to the wildlife sanctuary tomorrow. Never made it last week because of my back, but I think I could do a little tomorrow. Not my normal hike, but a nice leisurely walk should be ok.

My Etsy shop should be up and running within the week. I'm putting up a few kitchen sets with two potholders and a dishcloth, some bookmarks, and some baby hats and headbands. Just a small start to see where the interest is.

This week marks my one year anniversary on SparkPeople. Makes me think.

I have sciatica also, and I know that sitting too long in a car, whether I am driving or just a passenger, aggravates mine too.

    Happy sparkaversary!

In the end, you must make the decisions on what's best for you. If that's moving back by your family, then make your wishes known and have an honest discussion with your husband about the pros and cons.

Slowly build up your abilities again. Trying to do too much too soon can be more harmful than helpful.
